Seventh Heaven: Toronto Wellness Heritage ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company") operates the website seventhheaventoronto.com (the "Site") and related wellness services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Site, content, products, and services (collectively, the "Services").

Seventh Heaven: Toronto Wellness Heritage provides heritage-inspired wellness services, including but not limited to information, booking for wellness experiences, workshops, the sale of related products, and digital content aimed at promoting holistic well-being. All services are subject to availability and description at the time of booking or purchase. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
• Notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services.

"Seventh Heaven: Toronto Wellness Heritage," our logos, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

6. Purchases, Bookings, and Financial Terms

• Bookings & Appointments: All bookings for wellness services are subject to availability and our confirmation. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.
• Pricing & Payment: Prices for our services and products are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellation & Refund Policy: Our specific cancellation policy for wellness services and refund policy for products are detailed at the point of purchase/booking and form part of these Terms. Generally, cancellations require 24 hours' notice for a full refund or rescheduling. No-shows may be charged the full fee.
• Gift Cards: Gift cards are subject to separate terms and conditions issued at the time of purchase.

7. Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR & Canadian Compliance)

Your privacy is critically important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SEVENTH HEAVEN: TORONTO WELLNESS HERITAGE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Seventh Heaven: Toronto Wellness Heritage, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario located in Toronto. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. 13. Changes to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Services, and any service or material we provide via the Site, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period. We may update the content on this Site from time to time, but its content is not necessarily complete or up-to-date.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
